Daretti is one of them, and its mainly because his -2 essentially reads as Sacrifice a treasure: recur target artifact from your graveyard. This alone makes him worthy of a place on this list, over the likes of Goblin Welder, Scrap Mastery and Ardent Elementalist because he also lets you see more cards
